Our Process
Tell us what you have in mind. We’ll ask a few questions and schedule a complimentary consultation at your home so we can see the space and better understand your project.
Your project consultant will evaluate the space, talk through options and materials, and prepare a clear proposal for the work. Financing options are also available if you’re interested.
After the agreement is signed and your initial payment is made, our production team coordinates the plans, permits, materials, crews, HOA documentation, and scheduling needed for your project.
Once required permits and HOA approvals are in place, we’ll confirm your start date and provide any preparation or material delivery details. Your site supervisor will oversee the work and keep you updated as the project moves forward.
When construction is complete, we’ll walk through the finished project with you, address any remaining scope items, complete required final inspections, and provide applicable warranty information.
